The Pledge of Allegiance is an oath of loyalty submitted to any legal and natural person wishing to join or work with UNCACED. It is signed by each candidate wishing to be a member, partner or seeking a position at UNCACED, in the form of a moral contract, entrusting their full self-determination for Africa and for humanity, a guarantee of credibility throughout their career and service.
The Pledge of Allegiance is extracted from the ETA, Constitutive Charters and the founding and governing instruments of UNCACED, and signed at the end of the candidate acceptance process, before any other employment or cooperation contract between the candidate (member) and UNCACED. It applies to members, technical and implementing partners as well as UNCACED agents and Expert-Volunteers.
