Woven in a forward vision and deepest structural philosophies for the reconstruction of a more modern and more powerful economic Africa, the following organs are currently adopted as the constituting supreme bodies of UNCACED: The General Assembly, the Board of Trustees, the General Executive Council, the GEA4A Council (or the Global Economic Alliance for Africa), the IEDA Council (or the Independent Extra Diplomatic Advocators for Africa’s Council) and the Monetary and Financial Council.
The General Assembly is established by articles 17, 18, and 19 of the UNCACED Constitutive Charters as the Organization’s Framework in which its overall bodies, specialized councils and accredited member delegations as well as its partners meet to discuss comprehensive issues, ongoing progresses and the challenges to be fixed; and as well committing corresponding solutions and collective decisions towards meeting the organization's goals. The UNCACED General Assembly is chaired by an Elect President for two renewable years according to the appreciation of his work. He is assisted by the Reporting Secretary as well as by the Ceremonial Protocol Chief Lead heading and running ceremonial responsibilities during the UNCACED GA Sessions and Events. Both the GA Reporting Secretary and the General Assembly Ceremonial Protocol Chief Lead are deputy Presidents to the UNCACED GA. The Functions and powers held by the UNCACED GA Leadership are all of them ceremonial and are ruled under the regulations as set out by the Board of Trustees for the matter. UNCACED GA Leadership Members are elected or appointed via the Board of Trustees by the voting members.
The Board is the highest administrative body holding the policy power as well as the senior governing, and UNCACED’s ethical leadership. Its members are acknowledged as trustees whose mandate is to protect the founding vision and furthering the governing and compliance policies of the organization. Its members bring together Honorary Leaders and Prominent Trustees among which are the founding leaders, the former and incumbent Chairmen of the Board of Trustees, former and incumbent General Executive Secretaries and as well distinguished members who demonstrate a highest credence and inspire deepest leadership and broader proficiencies to shape and leading UNCACED to the borders and beyond the global highest economic goals and horizons. The Board of Trustees is entrusted and vested with the power to guarantee and overseeing the effective enactment of overall policies and decisions adopted by the UNCACED’s General Assembly.
The GEC or the General Executive Council is the UNCACED’s strategic body to which is entrusted under the Board of Trustees' supervision to govern, managing, heading and ensuring a successful enactment of the Organization’s strategic goals and policies, including the missions and programs of its specialized agencies as adopted and approved by the Board of Trustees and the General Assembly. The General Executive Council Leadership is mainly held and run by the Executive Secretary General (ESG), alongside prominent staff members recognized as Executive Secretaries and High Executive Commissioners for matters and the Council’s Special Affairs, and to whom is vested the power, the mandate and role of the senior leadership within the specialized commissions, subsidiaries and UNCACED’s agencies.
The Global Economic Alliance for Africa – herein referred to as the GEA4A is one of the UNCACED’s statutory supreme boards
settled by the 8th statement of Article 9 and the 9th statement of Article 26 of the DRC Statutes dealing with the imperative
and supreme importance of boosting back modern dynamics of global economic cooperation for Africa and rebuilding African
continental emergence with a more interconnected world. The GEA4A Council is expected to serve as an armed wing and global
bridge through which the world's most advanced economies and credible international and foreign institutions can adhere
and working with UNCACED. When it comes to the procedure of joining or working with UNCACED, the said economies and
institutions are subject to more selective criterion, and must nevertheless confirm themselves as bearers and/or willing
to unleash unprecedented investments and strong partnerships capable of making of new Afro-global cooperation policies,
a power and a collective intelligence to the service of new commonwealths and new more resilient and integrative African
economies. Its members consist in global governments, multilateral, multinational and international scientific, technical
and economic organizations as well as high influential foreign public, private and social institutions.
The GEA4A Members will annually meet in GEA4A Summits or in special sessions and roundtables during which they discuss,
assess, determine and engage greater decisive policies, and therefore injecting major resources and smatter investments
into sectors and strategic projects as submitted by the UNCACED’s specialized programs and agencies on mission for
building back the continental Africa into the true center of global solutions.
The recognized and conferred status onto the Global GEA4A Communities are that of "Partner Members".
The Independent Extradiplomatic Ambassadors for Africa Council or the IEDAs Council was initially set out under the DRC Statutes to operate a Global Extradiplomatic Advocacy and Outreach Mission for a more dynamically cohesive economic Africa. Given its importance, the IEDAs Council has, in accordance with point B.4 of chapter three of the DRC statutes become one of the Organization’s principal and most important bodies, the same as it is for GEA4A. Contrarily from GEA4A, the IEDA Council bring together a set of men and women with global high influential profiles, who embody greater convictions in the indisputable African potential for humanity as well as in the central relevance of supporting the UNCACED Mission and GEA4A Alliance as imperative instrumental and determining frameworks for a Stronger Economic Africa, and for a UNCACED - Culminating Opportunity for Africa and for the World. Subject to conditions of high influence and expertise of global scope, the IEDAs are appointed by the Chairman of the Board of Trustees to play an independent extra-diplomatic role in the global mobilization advancement for goodwill and new Afro-global cooperation, appealing as many as global peoples, economies, institutions and governments to support UNCACED and GEA4A for the modern African economies that are more integrated and cooperative. The Council is headed by an IEDA Council’s President, and its members are appointed by the Chairman of the Board of Trustees for a term of 5 years, renewable as many times as they wish and in accordance with the result of an E-Performance session by the Board of Trustees for each candidate.
The CMF or the Monetary and Financial Council serve as the organization’s armed wing for monetary, budgetary and financial adaptation matters within UNCACED and the continental African economies. The CMF is politically and technically steered by leading scientists and highest experts from a range of expertise and economic disciplines, including in fiscal, monetary, financial and bank developments and whose mandate is to endow UNCACED and Africa with a more monetary and sovereign financial power fit to their transcontinental development plans. The Council operates closer the General Executive Council, under supreme policy control of the UNCACED’s Board of Trustees. In addition, under senior approval of the Board of Trustees, the CMF is tasked to draft the UNCACED Federal Bank’s governing and operating policies, including its central role in the UNCACED Communities’ Economic Development.
