The following commissions are adopted to operate as specialized extraministerial sub-councils of the General Executive Council: Commission on Governance, Cooperation and Economic, Social and Environmental Development –Commission on Governance, Cooperation and Scientific, Educational and Technical Development – Commission on Governance, Cooperation and Technological, Industrial and Trade Development –Commission on Governance, Cooperation and Development of Infrastructure, Urbanization and Planning – The Commission on Governance, Cooperation and Development of Culture, Civility and Citizenship – Commission for Governance and Cooperation for Transcontinental Concord and Peaceful Reconstruction – Commission on Governance, Cooperation and Development of Citizenship and Economic Migrations – Commission on Governance, Cooperation and Monetary, Financial and Banking Development.
The above specialized commissions are headed by High Executive Commissioners to whom are assigned extraministerial functions of Executive Secretaries under senior leadership and supreme authority of the Executive Secretary General. Therefore, the High Executive Commissioners are all members of the Executive Cabinet of the UNCACED Executive Secretary General.
