We, Men and Women, representing different African and foreign entities and institutions
Aware of the declining evolution of global socio-economic, political and environmental sphere; an urgent context in which Africa and the world least resilient regions are confronting the severest and most critical challenges of the 21st centurial history, therefore requiring for new poles of solutions and opportunities adapted to the planet and global humanity
Concerned about the challenges, burdens and multipolar controversies and impediments to which African societies and nations have always faced; and most notably, the persistence of inadequate, incoherent and dispersed policies as well as contrasts and cyclical fragmentations in prospects and continental pathways towards resilience, prosperity, sovereignty and economic integration
Holding from the deepest convictions that Africa will have to provide a greater part of the future global solutions for Humanity and the Planet, and hence the absolute duty to prepare it accordingly
Determined to consolidate and perpetuating the bold and forward vision of the UNCACED's founding leader, who charted (under the DRC Statutes) the imperative to establish and bring forth a second transcontinental way for a stronger economic Africa representing a true vibrant power in the future prospects and global concert of nations for humanity.
Rooted in the beliefs that “only the consolidation of nations and communities has always proven crowned of forces and powers that changed the world beyond expectations, forces & powers that, over centuries, managed to invent civilizations after progresses”; and on which beliefs are so conceived the United Nations and Communities of Africa for Continental Economy and Development
Committed to the reconstruction of African civilizations and societies that will early never collapse
Driven by the will, the duty and ultimate project of gathering and reconsolidating unique transcontinental strengths, competences, powers and horizons to propel UNCACED into a true imperative framework of more humanistic policies and reforms as well as supplementary diplomacies & cooperation for a more economically strong Afro-continental power; to which organization we affirm our faith, our adherence and unconditional dedication
And for which ends and motives, we've therefore, freely and conscientiously agreed and adopted the following: download here the Charters Document for more information
