He is a Humanitarian and Panafricanist Actor interested in Redistributive Liberalism, Social Justice and Development. Dr. Joseph is the President Founder of Young Democrats Congress and United Generations – the Two Social Foundations dedicated to investing in Youth Leadership and Unity for Human Rights, Social Justice, Democratic and Political Governance and Community Development. John Ragi is the UNCACED’s Founder and Leading Pioneering Architect who under the DRC Statements, forged the Organization as an imperative second economic transcontinental community for Africa.
He’s the earliest and current incumbent Board President who has proven as a greater instrumental architect of the organization’s pioneering policies and future profile.
Concerned about an imperative powerful alternative for plural pro-humanistic solutions to the African multipolar challenges in a twenty-first century world era threatened and torn apart by contrasts and political, military, economic, technological, ideological and geo-regionalist militancy, he founded on April 14th 2022 under the DRC Statutes, the Organization of the United Nations and Communities of Africa for Continental Economy and Development.
Arguing in his DRC's Statements for the establishment of an alternative economic transcontinental organization for Africa, John accentuated the organization’s institutional statute as not being and never should be formed as a continental intergovernmental organization or federal political institution but a complementary sovereign, apolitical and extradiplomatic community to the African Union Political Organization towards the supreme common vision for a powerful African economic power for humanity.
