Along with the values advocated by Article 8 of the UNCACED Constitutive Charters, our call consists in shaping unique virtues and universal values for new perfect societies in the transcontinental cultural diversities. To achieve this goal, UNCACED predisposed to invest in the construction of secular economies in which humanism is the common religion to the service of a Modern Pan-African Commonwealth; a contemporary economic Africa conceived on freedom, dignity, fairness, fraternity, mutual aid and recognition as well as universal prosperity and cooperation, an African sub-planet of men and women with more enlightened cultures and more sacred and benevolent civilizations, as well as more worshiping and more God-closed communities.
