Challenges are rapidly and differently rising from everywhere, with sometimes devastating effects, and, unfortunately, the most world fragile areas remain therefore the most exposed. Beyond the Global COVID-19 Spread and the Pressing Environmental Crisis; The Latest Rises in Multilateral and Diplomatic Tensions - sometimes around Geopolitical and Economic Conflicts, have led to Great Episodes of Politico-Military Explosions and Cyclical Fragmentations of Societal Relations, particularly like the Russian-Ukrainian Conflict, thus plunging the World Societies and Economies into a Suddenly Unexpected and Accelerated Chaos, with Particularly Wicked Consequences on the Fate of the World Poor Countries and Communities.
In the Particular Context of Africa, As the UNCACED Founding Leader reveal it: 'When Insecurity is Geopolitically Deliberate, it’ll Socio-Economically Wind across the World without Borders'. Thus, African Peoples survive between the Anvil and the Hammer – Victims of Policies that are both International and Both Internal. Beyond the Economic and Food Crises – Currently a consequence of a Greater Part of the Conflict between Russia and Ukraine, and on the other hand, of the Weak Domestic Socio-Political and Economic Resilience; Everywhere on the Continental Shelf, rise: the Economic Take-Down, Poverty, Unemployment and continually increased Food Insecurity, the Persistent Crisis in Democratic Governance, the Proliferation of Armed Groups, the Expansion of Jihadist Ideologies, Civil Wars and Overflows or State Coups here and there ( such as in the SAHEL Countries and throughout the African Continent ); the Politico-Regional Tensions ( such as the Conflict between Rwanda – Uganda and the DRC over the issue of M23 and ADFs ) etc., As well as the Latest Crisis of Confidence in the Ability of the UN Peace & Security Mission in Supporting Efforts of Maintaining Peace and Security in Africa, .... All these being Factors that already generate an Uncertain Future for this Poor Miserable Continent, should they therefore Appeal to a New Solid and Thoughtful Action – to an Urgent Global Concert of Nations to Circumvent the Worst Foreseeable Consequences!
Nevertheless, we have the honor to inform you that at such times when the world is turned upside down, as member of universal humanity, we do not remain indifferent. Since soon a Seven-Year Period, we arisen and went through a Dynamic, Insightful and Farsighted Way, Optimistically Continuing a Role of Global New Vision for Prompt and Generational Change. It should be noted that these Major Initiatives turn their preliminary liftoff in the Democratic Republic of Congo towards Africa and the Third World, in an environment in which the Fragmentation of African Political and Socio-Security Systems as well as Afro-Continental Fragility in the face of International Political Systems constitute Major Critical Conditions that possibly may oppose the gradual scaling up of our noble efforts to negative ripple effects. But, in such circumstances, how can we confront the fatalisms and repugnance of each other, and stimulate salutary and great bravery initiatives to circumvent the challenges once and for all and unleashing the essential African potential for humanity? However, at Work for Africa, we must either Think Globally and Act Locally, or Think Locally and Act Locally, or Think Globally and Act Globally or apply the 3 theories at once, especially when the option to be applied is considered valuable, explosive and emancipatory from the expected solutions, as is the case with this W-CONCERNA approach. Dear all, Several Million Congolese, Malians, South Sudanese, Nigeriens, Somalis, Libyans, Central Africans, Sahelians, Ethiopians, Mozambicans, Chadians and many other communities in Africa have horribly lost their lives, their important economies, their infrastructure properties, their women and daughters highly abused, sons and men kidnapped, forced to abandon their lands and communities for unknown and uncertain destinations etc. Rights to life and safety are ignored, despoiled and therefore deliberately infringed. And in other skies, terrors and promises of revenge, vandalism, xenophobic acts; and threats of breaks in socio-economic and diplomatic cooperation are increasing. In short, African societies are broken, they are rushing towards a collapsed future!
What is it about? From social and community levels to interstate and multilateral relations, there are conflicts, ideologies and socio-economic and political struggles highly militarized, and finally, persistent armed violence and murderous wars that are emerging from all over the African continent! Some acting as protectionists, others as defenderists, others as maladjusted interventionists (and whose therefore interventions are decried more favorable to the increase of the gaps and challenges than providing the expected solutions on their part), and as well many others who, because of poverty, unemployment and the conditions of sinister lives, take advantage of the proliferation of weapons and political fragility to develop mechanisms of easy living against public and social security. And more economically, it’s about the Acceleration of Multilateral Funding of Proxy Wars – where the biggest time bomb in Africa's security and stability lies. Despite all this, no challenge will resist the strength of solidarity and collective will! It’s certainly difficult to carry out truly restorative and consoling actions towards these millions of poor people innocently victims of these tragedies resolved either voluntarily or involuntarily, or directly or indirectly by each other against Africans; but, there is something to hope for from a new Africa, something to do to break this unfortunate apocalyptic cycle and make Africa as Better as Possible, an Africa – Heart of the World!
In the most critical moments like today, we need to come back together, thinking and setting back pivotal and crucial actions to overcome the challenges. Wherever we are, whoever we are, we all need to realize as humans that the world is not too big as we may think... and when we come together for our own concerns and interests, may we also think deeply about what will happen elsewhere, what humans like us will incur, how will they judge our decisions, and therefore, our responsibility and the consequences of our actions in the fate of humanity of which we are equally a part. We need to rethink how we rely on those around us, how we rely on society and the world we all are doomed to live in.
Experiences tell us that violence, militaristic spirits, armed struggles and wars are always accompanied by the most devastating powers and the consequences go unpredictably to extra-polar levels; but dialogue, mutual listening and will are accompanied by more than a judiciously responsive power than the nuclear bomb. We can achieve to wrest the Primacy of Ideologies, Military Powers and Armed Struggles in Crosscommunity, Interstate and Multilateral Relations through the awakening and acceleration of Reconciling, Unifying and Pacifist Communities for a Better, More Secure and More Sustainable World, a World in which Everyone lives and flourishes with dignity and peace. - this is what the decisive Initiative of the GADISEPA Partnership wants to advocate for a Future Africa Built by all and for all - an Africa Without Wars and Armed Violence.
