The UNCACED Constitutive Charters have outlined the conditions, policies and procedures under which Trustees, General Executive Secretaries, IEDAs and High Executive Commissioners must get elected, recruited or appointed.
Therefore, Trustees, Executive Secretaries General, IEDAs, High Executive Commissioners, High Representatives and Special Envoys are eligibly appointed or hired from senior officials and distinguished executives or from emeritus & prominent leading and diplomatic elite members of governments, public, private and multilateral as well as from high regional and international economic, policy, scientific, philanthropic, and social institutions; under highest professional credentials and greater charismatic and ethical values. Apart from the duty of higher technical skills and deeper understanding of policy, economic and societal issues; Trustees, Executives, IEDAs and High Representatives are called to demonstrate highest meritocratic determinations capable to inspire and imposing stronger transcontinental transmutations and indisputable pioneering transitions.
They must prove greater strength of mind and strength of character as well as moral embodiment of humanistic faith and devotion as well as optimistic perceptions in the crucial importance of advancing a new collective momentum for the liberation and emancipation of African economic potential for humanity.
Before they enter into functions, all the Members, Delegates, IEDAs, Trustees, High Representatives and Senior ] Executives are mandatory opposed to signing and counter-engaging the Ethics and Trust Agreement as to so confirming their trust, credibility and allegiance to UNCACED, to Africa and to all the peoples and nations of the earth (see The Ethics and Trust Agreement)
